Kelsey Mulholland practices family law practice at Cohn Lifland, including divorce litigation, custody, prenuptial agreements and domestic violence. He is a court-approved mediator and has experience mediating a variety of cases, including divorces and custody matters, since 2015.

Before joining the firm, Kelsey worked in private practice and, most recently, as a Staff Attorney with Legal Services of Northwest Jersey, a private non-profit law firm that provides free legal services to people with limited income and to vulnerable seniors. His practice focused on family law, including but not limited to child custody, child support, divorce, equitable distribution, and domestic violence. During his twenty-year career, Kelsey acquired extensive courtroom and trial experience, especially in the areas of custody, parenting time and domestic violence in multiple New Jersey counties.

Kelsey’s professional experience started as a law clerk for the Honorable Glenn R. Wenzel, J.S.C., Passaic County. Then, he practiced family law as an associate, and then a partner, at other family law boutique firms in northern New Jersey.
